Event Guidelines:
- This is an individual event
- All participants must be at the venue 45 minutes before the event starts
- There will be 4 rounds
- The details for each round will be explained before it begins
- For technical events, having a laptop is mandatory
- The coordinators' decisions are final
- The dress code is formal
- English will be the medium of communication
- Judges' decisions will be considered final and binding
Round Details:
Round 1: Aptitude Test (25 Marks)
Assessment of problem-solving, prioritization, numerical skills and general knowledge. 25 questions, 1 mark each.
Round 2: Rapid Fire Round - Psychometric Test (25 Marks)
Measures mental capabilities, behavioral styles, abilities, and personality traits. 25 questions, 1 mark each.
Round 3: Situation Analysis (25 Marks)
- Tests critical thinking and decision-making skills
- 60 seconds preparation time
- 3 minutes presentation time
Round 4: Personal Interview (25 Marks)
- Interview by panel of judges
- CV submission required
- Evaluation based on Resume Quality, Body Language, and Answer Justification

Competition Rounds:
- Day – 1 event (10-03-2025) = Mock Trading (The battle of Bull VS Bear) Rules and Regulations:
- 10 Lakhs Capital.
- Time Allocated 10:30 A.M. to closing bell
- All three can participate. (Each team will be given only 1 laptop, participates can also bring their own laptop)
- Participants should only trade on equity intraday.
- No restrictions number of trades.
- Winner and runner up will be decided on the basis of number of points scored.
- Day-2: Event-2 Debate (The Finance Face-off) Coordinated by: Prof. Sony Hiremath Rules and Regulations:
- One person from each team.
- Time allotted 5 minutes.
- Language only English.
- Topic should not be repeated.
- Jury decision is final in any doubts and misunderstanding.
- Winner and runner up will be decided on the basis of number of points scored.
- Day – 2: Event-3 Finstart challenge (case study approach)
Rules and Regulations:- Case details will be provided to each team on 6th of March 2025.
- The teams will be requested to present their case details in front of the Jury (PPT presentations are allowed).
- Time allocation: 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A.
- Winners will be announced based on the scores given by Jury team.
- Any further clarification will be provided before the event.
- Jury decision is final in at any given point of time.

- Second round comprises of in-depth presentation, product demo, business proposal
- The rules of the competition may be amended either by organizers jury / from time to time
- Five teams will be shortlisted for the final competition
